What we collect

When you subscribe, Stripe Checkout provides the account details we need to set up your subscription, including your email address. Stripe handles payment information; we do not receive or store your full card number.

The site may use basic server logs and Cloudflare services for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. These logs can include information such as an IP address, browser, request, and time. We do not sell personal information.

How we use information

We use your information to deliver Idaho Bid Brief, manage billing and subscription access, answer support requests, and keep the site working. Idaho Bid Brief is a small solo operation run by Josiah Wilson in Post Falls, Idaho.

Stripe as our payment processor

Payments use Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy. Stripe may collect and use information as described there.

Email delivery

Email is the primary way we deliver the twice-weekly brief. Resend is planned for email delivery. We use your email to send the brief and necessary service messages, not to sell or rent your information.

Retention and cancellation

We keep account and subscription information while it is reasonably needed to provide the service, handle billing, maintain records, or resolve disputes. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid month. Contact us if you need help with account information.

Children’s privacy

Idaho Bid Brief is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date.
